Today we are proud to highlight two remarkable sisters whose journeys reflect the power of mentorship, education, and determination — Kalyn and Kiley Williams.

Kalyn Williams graduated with honors from Morgan State University in 2019, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Information Science and Systems. She began her career at JP Morgan Chase & Co. through the Global Finance & Business Management Analyst rotation program, gaining hands-on experience in corporate financial reporting and derivative analysis alongside senior leadership.

Today she serves as Senior Associate for Wholesale Deposits in Commercial Banking, where she leads financial reporting initiatives and develops strategic insights using data tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.

Leadership means creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.

Community & Service
Beyond her professional career, Kalyn is deeply committed to community leadership. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and serves as 1st Anti-Basileus (First Vice President) of the Alpha Nu Sigma Alumnae Chapter.

Kiley Williams graduated Magna Cum Laude from Morgan State University in 2021 with a degree in Information Systems and Sociology. During college she completed internships with Vista Equity Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Squadra Ventures, and studied abroad in Germany, Argentina, and India.

Kiley began her career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and now serves as Program Associate at HBCUvc, where she manages the organization’s flagship fellowship program that prepares students for venture capital internships and careers across the technology ecosystem.

I’m passionate about expanding access to opportunity in venture capital and technology.

Community & Service
Outside of work, Kiley volunteers as an English teacher for Spanish speakers and serves as a children’s Sunday school teacher in her community. Her work is driven by a passion for increasing representation and opportunity in tech and finance.
